Opinions = choice, judgement or control?

We all have opinions and judgements, even if we try not to!

Problems can start when we tell others their opinion is wrong or not valid. EVERYONE is allowed their own thoughts and ideas AND that doesn't mean they should try to change or control yours. People are different, and thats OK!

Trying to be accepting, open minded and ultimately kind, even in the face of differing challenges, needs or values is a gift we can give other. 🎁💝
